Our Vision

Our vision is to sensitively support and help our clients to achieve independence. The development of our supported accommodation aims to look beyond simple housing provision and incorporates the following aspects of good practice:-

  • A service that is culturally sensitive
  • Identifying the mental health needs of our clients, by working in conjunction with, and liaising with health care professionals and other agencies

  • The promotion of Equal Opportunities, Fair Access, Diversity and Inclusion

  • A person centred approach to support

  • Mental health promotion and preventative measures
  • Increasing education, awareness and opportunities
  • Promoting access to statutory services through advocacy

  • Clients involvement with their service planning and development

Our Staff

All support staff undergo enhanced DBS check prior to commencing employment and undergo intensive training throughout their employment.

Staff are either working towards or have acquired NVQ Level 2/3 in social care and health. They will also either be working towards or have certificates in all mandatory subjects.

Senior support workers will have or be working towards NVQ level 3/4 qualifications as well as having several years of experience.

Training is provided in accordance with all legislative requirements.
