All our homes are situated in residential areas with good access to local shops, transport and other local amenities. The accommodation is fully furnished and equipped to a high standard throughout. Each home roughly comprises of bedrooms up and down stairs, with a mixture of ensuite or shared bathrooms. Shared living rooms including access to Sky television/Cable/Internet facilities, shared kitchen and dining facilities. An average bedroom will have a wardrobe, a bed, a chest of drawers and a bedside table and television with Free view. The property is also centrally heated throughout.

As Landlords we provide a full property management service including the issuing and the renewal of licence agreements, maintenance, repairs, and renewals. In line with our Disability Access Policy we have a mobility ramp available for two of our homes to enable disabled people to gain access to the home and a number of adaptations within the home (full details supplied on request).
